Privacy notice

Updated 13 September 2026

This notice describes information handled through rootnsky.com, the Root & Sky garden design website serving Bengaluru.

Your garden enquiry

When you request a site visit or garden plan, the site asks for contact details and information about your space. Depending on the form, this may include your name, phone number, email, locality, approximate space size, garden preferences, preferred visit time and notes. Root & Sky uses these details to respond to your request and discuss the service.

Enquiry forms send the information you provide through our website server to Root & Sky’s private Google Sheet. After the save is confirmed, you are redirected to WhatsApp with your enquiry prepared as a message. WhatsApp messages are handled through WhatsApp's service when you choose to send them.

Information saved on your device

Your analytics preference is saved locally. Garden request details are kept in the open form while you complete it and are not stored in your browser’s local storage by the request form. You can remove earlier saved site data through your browser’s site-data settings.

Optional Google Analytics

If you allow analytics, this website uses Google Analytics 4 to understand page visits, scrolling, garden-builder visits, WhatsApp-link clicks and completed enquiry forms. Analytics uses cookies and collects usage, browser, device and general geographic information. Our custom enquiry events send only service categories, such as the selected garden theme and plan, rather than the name, phone number, email, address or message entered in your form. Automatic outbound-link and form-interaction measurement is switched off.

Analytics stays off until you choose “Allow analytics”. Choosing “No thanks” does not prevent you from using the site or making an enquiry. You can change your choice using cookie settings. Google's advertising personalisation features are not enabled by this website's tag.

Website services

The site is hosted on Vercel and uses Google Fonts. Those providers process the technical requests needed to deliver their services, such as IP address and browser request information. Google and WhatsApp also process information according to their own policies when their services are used.
